These were enthusiastically modelled by staff at Warrington’s Grill on the Square restaurant who love the new colour.

With Mother’s Day fast approaching, Grill on the Square is supporting Starlight by donating a fabulous lunch for 2 with 2 glasses off Perrier-Jouer champagne. Anyone who has signed up to this year’s Starlight Ladies Walk by noon on Friday 24^th March will be entered into a prize draw to win the lunch.

This year for the first time, to mark the 12^th anniversary of the walk, entry has been opened up to girls aged 12 and above (must be accompanied by an adult).

“We know that one of the aspects of Starlight that our ladies love is being able to walk with mums, aunties, cousins and grandmas and so this year we thought we would create more opportunities for that to happen by including the next generation,” said Lauren Tilston, Fundraising Manager at St. Rocco’s.

“At this time of year, thoughts do turn to our mums. We know this can be a difficult time for some, but we also know from years gone by, that many ladies sign up to the Starlight Walk as a lovely way to remember their mums. There is always such a positive atmosphere, full of fun and laughter with the ladies raising a fabulous amount of sponsorship to support our patients and families; we’re sure that this year will be no exception.”
