“My Mum was cared for by St. Rocco’s back in 1995 in the original hospice building and I have always supported St. Rocco’s in one way or another,” she explained. “Every year we do something different as a team for charity and we’re excited to be supporting St. Rocco’s this year."

The ‘Bollington Babes’, made up of teachers, teaching assistants and the Headteacher, are already making good progress with their training. Headteacher Caroline Johnson had completed a 10 mile training walk the previous Sunday, so they will all be raring to go by Saturday 24th June.
The ladies are also impressed with the new purple t-shirts and colourful accessories and to help boost their fundraising are thinking of planning a Purple Day at the school.
