There are lots of ways this year that you can get involved and help to support people with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

As a registered charity we rely on our community to help us to raise £3.6 million every year so that we can carry on looking after people when they need us.

 You can also organise your own fundraising events or take on a personal challenge for 2019 such as running a 5 or 10k, or a cycle challenge, such as the Liverpool Nightrider.
