Our Warrington based charity will collect your Christmas tree.

It’s good for the community and good for the planet!

On Saturday 13th January, after your Christmas tree has lit up your home over the festive season, St Rocco’s Hospice based in Bewsey, Warrington, will bring you the gift of recycling! Along with the invaluable support of Warrington businesses, your tree will be collected and recycled in return for a donation towards patient care. No more pine needles covering the back seat of your car or queueing at the recycling centre – just book your collection and leave your tree in an accessible place, it really is that easy!

Last year, the team of volunteers collected 2,800 trees from across Warrington and raised an incredible £44,000. This money went straight to St Rocco’s Hospice to care for people with life-limiting and terminal illnesses. This year they are hoping to smash that record and they need your help.

Can your company spare some time, a vehicle or even a chipper? If the answer is yes, please contact Charlotte by emailing fundraising@stroccos.org.uk or calling 01925 575780.

Charlotte, Senior Events Manager, said “St Rocco’s Hospice is a local charity, and they rely on the generosity of the Warrington community for most of their funding. The rising cost of living is putting further pressure on the hospice meaning your donations and support are more important than ever to help St Rocco’s continue its care.”
