Led by volunteers, creative therapy sessions are a great way to learn new skills, make new friends and can be a welcome diversion to some of the challenging aspects of living with your illness.

Sessions take place on several days of the week and activities range from sewing, knitting and art to pyrography (burning images into wood).

Many of our patients tell us that attending these sessions has made a real difference to their sense of well-being.
