Create a meaningful and lasting tribute to your loved one.

The St. Rocco’s Tree of Life is a beautiful, specially designed display, set in our main reception. You can add your personalised and engraved leaf to create a meaningful and lasting tribute to your loved one.

Once your leaf has been added to the Tree, you, your friends or family will be able to visit the Tree during our normal office hours (Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm).

Your leaf will remain on the tree while you continue to donate. 

If you choose to end your donation, your leaf will be returned to you in a presentation box to keep as a lasting memory.

The St. Rocco’s Hospice Tree of Life has three colours of acrylic leaf:

• White Gold - min £10 a month
• Rose Gold - min £15 a month
• Yellow Gold - min £20 a month

(Minimum signup is for 12 months).
