St. Rocco’s Hospice are looking to recruit a full time Systems Owner & Data Analyst who will report to the Finance Director and will be expected to:

  • Support the CEO and Senior Management Team on the development, implementation and delivery of the Information Technology Strategy and projects for the Hospice.
  • To provide robust information and performance analysis as required externally by the commissioners and internally by managers to support strategic decision making within the Hospice.
  • To ensure effective communications and reporting to the board, our regulators, national bodies and funders, demonstrating that our work with patients and professionals is fully reflected in the information that we publish.
  • To provide technical support, advice and training for all clinical and non-clinical systems users maximising their competence and utilisation.
  • To be responsible for the integrity and compliance of our data, including the organisation’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems which hold details of all our supporters, lottery players and volunteers.
  • The post holder is expected to spend approximately 30% of his/her time on the information systems, 60% on the CRM systems and 10% on activity data reporting.

Part Time Staff Nurse Primarily Nights - Apply Now

The Hospice requires a professional and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to work primarily nights in our In-Patient Unit working 22 hours per week worked flexibly between Monday to Sunday as rostered by management. At present the Hospice is trialling a new rota until 30/06/2019 therefore depending upon the outcome of the trial the hours may be reduced to 20 hours per week.

Night Shift Typically:

  • 19:45 to 07:45 (12 hours excluding 2 x 30min unpaid breaks = paid for 11hrs)

Reporting to the Junior Sister and Clinical Ward Manager, the main purpose of this role is to provide the highest standard of physical, psychological, social and spiritual care for patients, their relatives and friends. You will use your expertise to the highest standards in order to meet all the requirements of our clinical governance.

Applicants should be fully qualified RGN / Adults with minimum 12 months post registration experience, preferably in palliative care. In addition to your proven clinical skills, we are looking for excellent communication skills, empathy and sensitivity, good team working and a flexible approach to the role.

Salary based on 22 hours per week = £16,180.00 per annum.

Salary based on 20 hours per week = £14,710.00 per annum.

Additional unsociable hour enhancements will be paid for weekend, night and bank holiday work - T&C’s apply.
