St. Rocco’s offers emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
The Counselling and Emotional Care Service provide one to one Counselling for patients.
Counselling provides a private and confidential space to explore feelings and experiences in difficult times. Counselling is accessed via the hub at St. Rocco's which you can contact using the details below.
Bereavement Support is accessed through the St. Rocco's Bereavement Cafes, these are run as drop in sessions, no referral is needed. You will be welcomed into café and given the opportunity to talk one to one, or to somebody with a similar bereavement.
They are open to anyone who has been bereaved in whatever circumstances, and however long ago, your loved ones do not need to have been cared for by St. Rocco's for you to access this service.

Our 10 bed Inpatient unit is bright and welcoming. Built around an internal courtyard our rooms have ensuite facilities and overlook our hospice gardens.
We work with local care providers, GPs, district nurses, Macmillan nurses, specialist nurses and other health and social care professionals to coordinate and provide the best possible care.
