Visiting Times

We welcome visitors to the hospice, and we will always try and facilitate visits with loved ones at a time that suits individuals.

To help us maintain patient dignity and support us in our clinical ward rounds, we ask that you try and visit between 12pm and 8pm when possible.

If your loved one is at the end of life or if you have circumstances that mean you cannot visit during these hours, we will do our best to make individual visiting arrangements with you.  Please speak to a member of the clinical team who will be able to support.

Upon arrival, visitors are asked to sign in and will be advised to wash/sanitise their hands.  A member of staff will direct you to the patient’s room.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our patients, staff and community remains our absolute priority and these arrangements may change at short notice due to circumstances outside of our control.

Thank you for your co-operation.
