Navigating palliative care can feel overwhelming, but we're here to help. The Warrington Palliative Care Hub is your first stop for advice and guidance on accessing palliative care and hospice services. Our goal is to make sure you can get the right support, quickly and easily.

We are a single point of contact that links you with the best professional for your needs. We bring together a team of specialists to provide a coordinated approach to your care across all services in Warrington.

Our 3 key roles within this are:

Community Palliative Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS): These specialist nurses are here for you if you have complex symptoms that need to be managed.
Warrington Palliative Care Hub Nurses: A senior hospice nurse who can offer broader clinical support and connect you with other services you may need.
Community Connector: If you're feeling lonely or isolated, or need support with non-clinical needs, our Community Connector can help you with your individual needs linking you to both hospice services and other community, charity and faith groups available in Warrington.

You can call the Warrington Palliative Care Hub on 03333 661066. You can contact us 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Monday to Friday you will speak to an administrator who will take time to listen and will work together with you and your local GPs, community and hospice services to ensure you receive the best possible care/support.

Messages left on the answerphone will be dealt with on the next working day.

Our 10 bed Inpatient unit is bright and welcoming. Built around an internal courtyard our rooms have ensuite facilities and overlook our hospice gardens.
