Medical Out Patient Clinics

Our medical outpatient clinics are run by senior doctors with the focus around complex symptom control and improving quality of life.

Our clinics cover complex symptoms including:

  • Pain

  • Nausea and vomiting

  • Bowel problems

  • Breathlessness

  • Anxiety

(This list is not exhaustive, all symptoms can be assessed)

We also hold clinics for paracentesis (the drainage of free fluid within the abdomen).

Working alongside Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Trust, we are able to carry out some services in patients homes, if they are unable to travel into the hospice.

Please note we cannot accept self-referrals for our outpatient clinics, Along with the senior doctor, other members of the medical and nursing team may be present during the clinic.

If you are a healthcare professional wishing to make a referral to any of our services, please contact the Integrated Palliative Hub
