eBay Volunteer

The Role

St. Rocco’s have an award winning eBay shop that generates a substantial income to enable us to care for our patients and their families. Based at our Sorting Centre in Penketh, the eBay shops sells high value, unusual and collectable items to customers all over the world.

The role of the eBay Volunteer is to help with selecting and researching interesting items. There are also roles for volunteers to help with photographing items and packing sold items ready for shipping.

How much time will it take?

Our eBay shop operates Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. You can volunteer the hours that suit you, but ideally we’ll need you to volunteer for 4 hours a week.

Am I right for the job?

For this role, you'll need to be:

  • Happy to work in a team of volunteers
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Able to help with researching items on line
  • Keen to photograph items for eBay listings or pack and dispatch sold items
  • Have an enthusiastic approach to getting things done
  • Able to get to our eBay site in Penketh.
