Walton Hall and Gardens
Bookings are NOW OPEN for our 2026 Colour Run
Get ready for the most colourful day in Warrington's calendar. Our fun filled event is open to all ages whether you choose to run, jog or walk, it's all about having fun and getting covered in paint whilst making a difference to your local hospice.
What to expect
The excitement starts before you even cross the start line! Before the run begins, we’ll get everyone ready with a group warm-up. Then, we’ll start the event with a group colour throw, where everyone comes together for a burst of bright powdered paint. It’s the perfect way to kick off the event and capture some unforgettable photos.
Out on the course, you’ll pass through three colourful paint stations, each showering you in bright powdered paint as you make your way around the scenic grounds of Walton Hall and Gardens. One lap of the course is 1.5km, and you have the option to do two laps to complete 3km, meaning you’ll run through six colour stations! By the time you reach the finish line, you’ll be covered head to toe in colour, so don’t forget to wear white!

What should I wear?
Start in white, end up bright! We suggest you wear a white t-shirt for maximum effect. You can purchase a St Rocco’s t-shirt and a range of colourful accessories to add extra colour to your outfit! Buy in advance when you book or on the day.
How Much Should I Fundraise?
The registration fee only covers the cost of putting on the event. This means it is the money you raise from sponsorship which will go towards patient care. We are kindly asking all runners to raise £50 minimum sponsorship (or more!) to support St. Rocco’s Hospice. Once registered an Enthuse fundraising page will automatically be generated for your group making it really easy to get started!
The Fundraising team are here to support you and answer any questions you may have.
Volunteers
We are also looking for volunteers to help us on the day including marshal's and to help throw paint! If you are interested in volunteering at this event click here for more information or to register.
