Chair Based Exercise Group

This is a four week programme led by professional therapists involving chair based exercises including adapted Tai Chi movements. The purpose of this group is to provide gentle exercises that are aimed at improving posture and balance for those with reduced mobility.

Some exercises can involve resistance bands and hand weights for muscle strengthening and Tai Chi movements to promote mental wellbeing and help you relax and de-stress.
