Terms and Conditions of Colour Run Event Participation
Please read the terms and conditions of participation carefully before submitting your entry.
By registering for the event, I confirm that:
- Participation and Health
- I (and those registered on my behalf) take part entirely at our own risk and that the organisers will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage sustained whilst participating in the event.
- I (and those registered on my behalf) are physically fit and well enough to participate and will seek medical advice if necessary.
- I understand that participation may not be suitable for individuals with an allergy to cornstarch, asthma, respiratory conditions or other medical concerns. Participation is at our own discretion.

- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if these rules are not followed.
- I understand the powdered paint is not recommended for children under 5 years of age. St Rocco’s Hospice is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Our ‘Fundraising Involving Children’ Policy is available upon request.

- Rocco’s accept no responsibility for staining of clothing or any other issues arising from the powdered paint.
